Live Nativity

This past weekend we hosted a live nativity at our home. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from 6:30 to 11:00 we had about 30 people in and out of our house each of those nights. It was a wonderful experience. We were very excited to share the message that, yes, indeed Mormons are Christians. Brad wrote a short article and submitted it to the church news. You can see pictures and hear more about it at:

Here are some of my own personal favorite pictures from the weekend:

Great article Brad!
Such a neat gift for your community. There was obviously much planning, prayer and time that went into such an impressive nativity.

This really is amazing! What a great opportunity to share the gospel with your neighbors and teach your kids about Christ all at the same time. Very, very cool!

Wow, Emily, this was a SERIOUS endeavor. What a marvelous idea, and even more marvelous that you guys actually carried it out. WOW!!! Inspiring to think of the influence we can have, just as good neighbors. Thanks for your example!

These are by far the BEST lawn ornaments I have seen in a long time. You're own Nativity in your front yard! Who sewed all the costumes? Who built the stable? SOOOOOOOOO AWESOME! Maybe it will become a yearly gem for your neighborhood!
